Project Description
Top Hat was in the process of defining their key buyer personas within the education industry. These posters were used internally to educate staff on the characteristics of their four key personas. These traits would help employees understand the motivations and priorities of their core product users.

The creative director was looking for a hand-illustrated typography style that would reflect the company's fun, open and inviting brand style. The project also had a relatively short turn around time as it needed to be rolled out to the rest of the company. 

Hand-illustrated typography and one 24" x 36" poster for each persona.
